ROI–EVENTS / GARMENT CARE
Product-aware guidance for washing, drying, storing and maintaining your apparel.
FIRST STEP
The attached care label is the primary instruction for the exact garment you receive. Follow it before any general advice on this page.
Care needs can vary by material composition, lining, finish, filling, color and construction. When product-page guidance and an attached label differ, follow the attached label.
A SIMPLE ROUTINE
Small choices can help reduce unnecessary stress on fabric, stretch fibers, trims and garment shape.
Read the care label and product information. Check pockets, closures, removable parts, stains and areas requiring special attention.
Separate light and dark colors and consider fabric type, surface finish and soil level. Wash compatible items together.
Use a mild detergent and the method shown on the label. Avoid bleach, harsh products, aggressive scrubbing and wringing unless specifically allowed.
Follow the label’s drying method and temperature. Excessive heat can affect many fabrics, stretch fibers, coatings and fillings.
Allow the garment to dry completely, then store it in a clean, cool and dry place with enough room to maintain its shape.

BETWEEN WEARS
Allow moisture and odors to dissipate before placing an item in a closed wardrobe.
Never store a damp garment. Moisture can affect fabric, filling, coatings and odor.
Use an appropriate hanger for structured jackets and fold items that may stretch under their own weight.
Keep PU and finished surfaces away from heat, direct prolonged sunlight, abrasion and contact with items that may transfer color.

CARE QUESTIONS
Follow the attached garment label. This page provides general guidance and product-page examples.
Do not assume bleach is suitable because an item is white. Use it only if the attached care label explicitly permits it.
Excessive heat can affect many stretch fibers. Follow the label’s drying instruction and temperature.
For the PU jacket example above, gently wipe minor surface dirt with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid soaking, abrasive cleaning and heat.
Follow the attached garment label. If no clear instruction is available, contact us before cleaning rather than choosing an aggressive method.
