1. Standard Warranty Coverage

Disposable Products

Single-use items (such as paper plates, cups, or napkins) are covered only if they arrive damaged or defective prior to use.

Reusable Products

Reusable items (such as durable decorations or accessories) are covered against defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use within the applicable warranty period.

Balloons

Balloons are covered if they arrive damaged or defective before inflation. Damage caused by overinflation, improper handling, or misuse is not covered.


2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Exposure to heat, flame, moisture, or outdoor conditions when not designed for such use

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish resulting from manufacturing processes

  • Improper storage after delivery


3. Warranty Claims

If you believe a product is defective, please contact our support team using the official contact method listed on our website.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your order reference

  • Photos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

After review, an appropriate resolution may be offered, which could include:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

All claims are assessed individually.


4. Limitation of Liability

ROI-Events’ liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.
