These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments are handled when you place an order with ROI-Events. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment Processing

Orders must be fully paid before they are prepared for dispatch.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers using encrypted systems. ROI-Events does not store or have access to full credit or debit card details.

Once payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation will be issued.


3. Billing Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information at checkout.

If incorrect billing details prevent successful payment processing, the order may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled.

ROI-Events is not responsible for delivery or processing issues resulting from inaccurate billing or shipping information entered by the customer.


4. Order Confirmation & Invoices

After successful payment, an order confirmation is issued automatically.

Customers requiring an invoice may request one through the official contact method listed on the website.


5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required by UK law.

For international orders, additional customs duties, local taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed.

Customers may attempt payment again using a valid payment method or contact their payment provider for assistance.


7. Fraud Prevention

ROI-Events reserves the right to review, refuse, or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

Where required, appropriate action may be taken in accordance with applicable laws.


8. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
